FilmPay Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of FilmPay products and services, all sales are final, with the following conditions:
1. Tracker / Pro / Premium Plans
- Once access to your personalized tracker is granted, subscriptions or digital products cannot be refunded.
- Premium Plan data entry services commence upon receiving access to your documents, which also confirms your acceptance of service.
2. Exceptions
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first purchase for subscriptions.
You may cancel your subscription and request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any plan (Base, Pro, or Premium). After 14 days, all sales are final. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For annual subscriptions, this period applies to the first 14 days of ownership of the current year’s tracker. For monthly Pro/Premium plans, this period applies to the first 14 days of subscription.

- After 14 days, all purchases are final.
3. Subscription Auto-Renewal
- Annual or monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to renewal.
- If canceled, access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Users may cancel anytime to prevent future billing.
Important: Renewal refunds are only available within 14 days after the auto-renewal date.
4. Limitations
Refunds do not cover lost time, missed opportunities, or any indirect losses.
FilmPay reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of terms.
