Premium Plan documents remain your property. We access them only to perform Services and do not claim ownership.

Note: No system is 100% secure. You accept that while we take precautions, FilmPay is not liable for unauthorized access outside our control.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide Services or comply with legal obligations. For Premium Plan clients, documents you share may be deleted upon request or account cancellation.
